About the department (KUP)
The Department of Constitutional and European Law as a scientific and pedagogical workplace provides teaching accredited compulsory subjects of constitutional law, political science, constitutional justice and European Union law, while at the same time it offers a wide range of compulsory optional subjects focused on theory and legal practice. The department also provides teaching many subjects in foreign languages, mainly in English and German, intended for Czech and foreign students. The department can also carry out the rigorosum procedure in the fields of Constitutional Law and Law of the European Union which leads to the awarding of the JUDr. degree in these fields.
